P&C Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Producer to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through team selling and leveraging existing relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through a combination of warm leads (70% provided by the company) and some cold calling.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging in size and complexity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active P&C license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency producing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with medium to large brokers; candidates from smaller agencies are not preferred.
- Strong sales acumen and a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to demonstrate strong tenure and ownership of a book of business is a plus.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
