Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Personal Lines Account Manager - Marine to join a growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly developed department, working closely with the Marine Practice Leader to provide exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a focus on marine accounts, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Service and manage marine and personal lines accounts, focusing on mid-size to large accounts.
  • Handle account renewals, answer client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Marine Practice Leader to strategize and develop new business opportunities.
  • Quote new and renewal business in partnership with the team lead.
  • Utilize AMS360 software (transitioning to Epic within the next year) to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support the development and growth of the newly established Marine department.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on marine accounts preferred.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
