Personal Lines Account Manager – High Net Worth

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
- Incentives:
- Year-end bonus (typically several thousand dollars).
- Tenure bonus after 10 years of service.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines accounts, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Handle change orders, endorsements, renewals, and client communications.
- Support client introductions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for introductions when appropriate.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in Personal Lines Account Management.
- Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clientele.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
