Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Life and Health Insurance Producer to join a team. This role involves selling individual and group insurance products, including life, fixed annuities, health, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA, and long-term care plans. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong sales acumen and a passion for helping clients secure their financial future. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Up to $75,000 annually
  • Commission Structure:
    • 70% on new business
    • 35% on renewals
  • 401(k): Employer match up to 10%
  • Benefits: Company-paid benefits for single coverage
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 90 days, with the potential for remote flexibility thereafter

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and build a robust client base through various sales strategies, including lead generation services and purchased lists.
  • Sell individual and group insurance products, including life, health, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA, and long-term care plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand company culture, processes, and client interaction standards during the initial onboarding period.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and offering appropriate insurance products.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment, with a strong ability to generate and close leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Familiarity with Erie insurance products is a plus.
