Commercial Insurance Producer

A fast-growing, national insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join a high-performing sales organization focused on middle-market business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry, competitive, and motivated by income growth and long-term equity. The Opportunity

• Build and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients

• Focus on prospecting new business and holding client meetings

• Work closely with senior leadership and agency partners

• Spend time in the field developing relationships

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience OR

• 2–3 years in an insurance-related role (Producer Assistant, Account Rep, etc.)

• Experience prospecting and leading client meetings

• P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain)
