Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. With decades of industry success and a strong reputation for client service, the organization offers a supportive environment, excellent culture, and long-term stability. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach.
  • Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
  • Utilize Agency Management software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
    • Leadership experience is a plus.
    • Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
