Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for client service and a desire to grow within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, eager to learn, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage a book of business with accounts typically under $50,000 in premium, including a significant number of contractor accounts.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using EPIC software.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide informed support to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in using EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A proactive and eager attitude with a willingness to be trained and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Must be based in Texas.
