Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities
- Drive commercial insurance sales through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work with a variety of industries, with a focus on white-collar sectors such as technology and engineering.
- Manage accounts with premium sizes ranging from $0-$20K and $20K-$100K.
- Utilize Epic software to manage client information and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive market.
- Experience working in retail insurance agencies or direct writers/captives (e.g., Nationwide, State Farm, Allstate) is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
