Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business

Responsibilities
- Manage a Colorado-based book of business, including accounts in construction, contractors, and other industries.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, protecting the best interests of clients and partners.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred; candidates with less experience but exceptional skills will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a commitment to collaboration.
