Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually (hourly rate plus commission).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities
- Create personalized video proposals and conduct coverage reviews for personal lines and small business accounts.
- Utilize screen-sharing tools to present proposals and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to finalize proposals and ensure accuracy.
- Provide high-quality service to clients, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage client interactions and communications through CRM software.
- Support the team in handling increased volumes of proposals and sales activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in personal lines or small business insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with video communication tools.
