Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and book size.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate, manufacturing, and other verticals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your book of business.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Attend weekly sales and retention meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources, including CRM systems, to manage and track opportunities effectively.
- Maintain ownership of client relationships, including referrals, to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Producer, with a focus on industries such as real estate or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience managing accounts with $50,000+ in revenue and a client base of 50-500 employees.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success and business growth.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., EPIC for P&C, Dynamics for L&H) is a plus.
