Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and book size.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate, manufacturing, and other verticals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your book of business.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Attend weekly sales and retention meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and resources, including CRM systems, to manage and track opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain ownership of client relationships, including referrals, to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Producer, with a focus on industries such as real estate or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience managing accounts with $50,000+ in revenue and a client base of 50-500 employees.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., EPIC for P&C, Dynamics for L&H) is a plus.
