Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines (CL) Marketing Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing relationships with clients, developing marketing programs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role encompasses account management, strategy development, and collaboration, with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with commercial lines clients to ensure alignment with their marketing goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and delivering ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to client objectives, driving measurable campaign results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and operations to ensure the accurate and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and regular reporting to present campaign performance updates and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to further strengthen client relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or related role, preferably within the Commercial Lines industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and agency management software. 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $90K-$130K (based on experience).
