Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Coordinator / Producer / Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a small, dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the agency's operations, managing commercial accounts, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into a small-town, collaborative work culture.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary Options:
    • $65,000 + 30% commission on new business and 30% on renewals (next month)
    • $50,000 + 30% commission on new business and 20% on renewals (next month)
    • $45,000 + 30% commission on new business and 15% on renewals (next month)
    • Commission-only option: 30% on new business and 10% on renewals (next month)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service commercial insurance accounts as a generalist.
  • Quote new and renewal business using carriers such as Grange, Liberty Mutual, Ohio Casualty, Safeco, Kemper, Progressive, and Western Reserve Group.
  • Prepare proposals, convert sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the owner and other team members to support agency growth and operations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
    • Proficiency in quoting, proposals, and sales conversions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Hawksoft software preferred.
    • Familiarity with the listed carriers is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to merge well with a small, collaborative team culture.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Background check and drug test prior to start date.
