Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Commercial Lines department
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors and partners
  • Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage accounts and track sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience at an independent insurance agency with a proven track record; 5+ years preferred
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC and Salesforce preferred
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed
