Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications tailored to the insurance industry's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
• Conduct thorough software testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software solutions.
• Document software specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and software management methodologies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in software support, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong proficiency in software platforms such as Employee Navigator or other onboarding software, as well as ICHRA software.
• Familiarity with software and database management systems, as well as data integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Life and Health license preferred but not required.
