- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing software applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in software support, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong proficiency in software platforms such as Employee Navigator or other onboarding software, as well as ICHRA software.
- Familiarity with software and database management systems, as well as data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Life and Health license preferred but not required.
