Job Description

Our client a leading insurance agency located in Morris County, NJ is searching for an immediate hire of a Marketing Specialist for our Commercial Lines department. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the marketing and binding of New Business & Renewal accounts for our commercial lines team.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Interact with clients and Account Managers on an everyday basis.

· Determining which of our many direct carriers or wholesalers to approach for quotes.

· Submit application for quotes, whether via email or online submission portals.

· Follow up with companies to obtain quotes or to find out what additional information is needed.

· Act as liaison between Account Managers and clients for the additional information requested to obtain quotes.

· Once quotations are received, prepare formal quote proposals for the clients to review.

Experience with Construction coverages is needed.

Ideal Candidate:

P&C License

· 3+ years’ experience in marketing commercial insurance accounts for a Retail Insurance agency.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of Applied EPIC is a plus.

· Highly capable with regard to time management.

Hybrid Schedule - 3 in office 2 from home

Salary Range: up to 100k but flexible based on experience
