Our client, a boutique wealth management firm in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is integral to enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional operational and administrative support to the Financial Advisors. You will work in a dynamic environment where precision, professionalism, and client satisfaction are paramount.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Advisors and Relationship Managers with daily operations, tasks, and projects
- Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings and virtual conferences
- Manage tasks within client relationship management software
- Document and execute workflows, including meeting notes and database updates
- Process fund requests, account applications, transfers, and other client/account-related needs
- Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional services or financial setting
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role, preferably in financial services or wealth management
- Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software
- Proven experience managing client-facing tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Experience working with high-net-worth or luxury clientele preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and follow established systems, processes, and workflows

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: $55,000 $70,000
- Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, profit sharing, and performance-based bonuses

- Schedule: Fully in office first 90 days for training. Then hybrid 2 days per week remote.
