Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a $1.5 million book of business, including 43 Workers' Compensation clients.
- Handle renewals, marketing for new and renewal business, quoting, and endorsements.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize agency management software (HawkSoft experience preferred but not required).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; 2-3 years preferred. Must have experience with Workers' Compensation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quoting and managing commercial lines accounts. Familiarity with HawkSoft is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive work ethic.
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
