Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships and closing sales through warm leads. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 annually + commissions & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell personal lines insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
• Leverage warm leads provided by the service staff.
• Actively pursue house accounts and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless client interactions.
• Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and track performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active NY/NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance sales.
• Proven ability to close business and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
