PC Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced producer to join a dynamic team.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commission

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads generated through referrals to identify insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with support staff to streamline processes (no servicing or quoting required).
• Manage a portfolio of generalist accounts.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success in sales.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment after training.
