Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with processing tasks and gradually take ownership of smaller accounts.
• Handle endorsements, certificates, renewal certificates, and audits.
• Stay organized and maintain clear communication with team members and clients.
• Support quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team, including processors and Account Managers, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of agency experience, preferably with mid to large accounts.
  • Familiarity with managing books of business valued between $250,000 and $500,000 in premium.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Driven and eager to learn and grow within the role.
