Licensed Insurance CSR Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Expand the company's business reach through effective networking techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid P&C License (Property and Casualty).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&C insurance (required).
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Must have the ability to commute to Charlotte, NC 28211.
