Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packages, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines CSR, your primary duties will include:
- Answering client inquiries via phone and email.
- Servicing existing policies, including policy changes, endorsements, and addressing general billing questions.
- Assisting clients with rate increase inquiries and providing quotes for new and renewal business.
- Managing a book of business that includes 2,600 personal lines clients and 5,100 policies (shared with another team member).
- Utilizing EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (open to candidates with captive insurance experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses are a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem-solving capabilities, and a client-focused mindset.
- Availability: Ability to start in mid-September or October 1st, following a background check and onboarding process.
