Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional client-facing service and managing a shared book of business, including middle-market multiline accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 + commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z client-facing service, including quoting, renewing, and remarketing personal lines accounts.
- Manage a shared book of business, focusing on middle-market multiline accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Support transactional work through coordination with PL raters and virtual assistants.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of stable experience in personal lines insurance (preferably with the same company).
- Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Soft Skills:
- Confidence and the ability to advocate for oneself.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
