Job Title: Certificate Specialist – Construction

 

Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Certificate Specialist with a background in construction insurance. This position will focus primarily on issuing and managing construction certificates of insurance, with the potential to handle certificates across other industries. The role requires strong organizational skills, precision in documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and manage construction-related certificates of insurance, with potential exposure to additional industries.
  • Verify accuracy of insurance information in compliance with client and carrier requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers, producers, and clients to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in AMS360.
  • Provide responsive and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other administrative and servicing duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
  • Prior construction insurance experience is required.
  • Prior experience in issuing construction-related certificates of insurance preferred.
  • Experience with AMS360 required.
  • At least 1 year of professional insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent job tenure in previous positions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

 

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $55K-$65K (based on experience).
