Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage an assigned book of business while driving new sales in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, including personal lines middle market (90%) and high-net-worth accounts (10%).
• Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Generate leads through personal efforts and company-provided sources.
• Drive new business sales while cross-selling and upselling within your book of business to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and networking.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and accountable work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience or 2 years in a captive insurance role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC (CRM) and EZLynx (Rater) preferred.
• Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a plus.
