P&C Operations Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced P&C Operations Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the structure and processes of the department, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the team in achieving business goals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and govern the sales and service department.
- Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support team members in closing business and achieving sales targets.
- Manage relationships with carriers, including Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive.
- Ensure smooth operations across a diverse range of industries as a generalist.
- Utilize software tools such as EPIC and High Level to streamline operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in a similar role within the P&C insurance industry.
- Licenses/Designations: P&C license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software.
- Soft Skills:
- Smart, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must reside in the Midwest (OH, KY, PA).
- Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
