Commercial Lines Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including quoting, negotiating credits, and preparing proposals.
- Handle 10-15 renewals per month while converting 10+ new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by processing endorsements and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive.
- Utilize software tools like EPIC and High Level to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Location: Must reside in the Midwest region (OH, KY, PA).
