Job Summary:
Looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Policy Representative to support policy administration and processing functions in a fast-paced insurance environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, policy knowledge, and the ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in handling policy documents and endorsements.
COMPENSATION:
- $20/hr. - $25/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, policy services, or administrative processing.
- Familiarity with insurance policy language and forms (P&C, Life/Health, or other lines).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volume and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance management systems (e.g., Epic, Guidewire, Applied, Duck Creek, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and within required timelines.
- Review and verify insurance documents and applications for completeness and compliance.
- Input and update policy information in internal systems and databases.
- Generate policy documents, declarations, ID cards, and related materials.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to policy status, documentation, or processing updates.
- Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and other departments to ensure smooth policy administration.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company procedures for recordkeeping and audit compliance.
- Assist with special projects, data clean-up, or backlogs as needed.
