Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of high-value accounts, primarily focusing on contractor clients with premiums of $1M and above.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of account management, including marketing, negotiation, and proposal development in collaboration with producers.
  • Provide strategic risk management services, including contract reviews, analytics, and data-driven insights.
  • Utilize loss-sensitive experience to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Leverage expertise in insurance software to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates with prior Account Executive or Senior Account Manager experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing large, complex accounts, particularly in the contractor segment.
  • Experience with captive insurance programs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively to clients.
  • Familiarity with loss-sensitive insurance programs and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Epic insurance software or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, employee-driven culture.
