Job Summary
A well-established agency with over 100 employees across three locations in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role involves working closely with a producer to service middle-market accounts across a variety of industries. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, a supportive culture, and opportunities for internal growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable

Responsibilities
- Service and manage a book of middle-market accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with the producer to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in Saggitta or Vertafore software are a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
