Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
  • 401(k)
  • Benefits: Full benefits package provided
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible options available: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small market commercial insurance accounts (0-$100K in premiums, with occasional accounts exceeding $100K).
  • Handle end-to-end account management, including endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software for account management tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
