Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small market commercial insurance accounts.
- Handle end-to-end account management, including endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize agency management software for account management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management software.
