Commercial Lines Account Manager – Wake Forest, NC
Hybrid After 90 Days | Applied Epic | Full-Time

A well-established and expanding independent insurance agency is seeking Commercial Lines Account Managers to join thier Wake Forest team. This opening is due to continued growth and internal movement. The agency offers a stable, tenured culture with strong leadership, career development opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-service account management from A–Z

• Support a generalist book of business, with a heavy focus on contractor-related risks

• Manage small to mid-market accounts ranging from $10K to $125K in premium

• Primarily renewal-focused with some quoting responsibilities

• Utilize Applied Epic for daily servicing and workflow management

• Flexibility to support books across different offices as needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2–5+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency setting

• Active P&C license

• Working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Experience with contractor-heavy accounts is a plus
