Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience).

Responsibilities
- Manage a $2 million book of business, primarily consisting of real estate and manufacturing accounts
- Handle renewals, marketing, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Quote and process new & renewal business
- Utilize AMS software for account management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 5 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on real estate and manufacturing accounts preferred
- Soft Skills: Personable, detail-oriented, timely, and organized
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid or in-office preferred; remote candidates must be based in Northern California
