Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, servicing mid-market accounts across various industries.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Auto-Owners, and Liberty Mutual to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Utilize AMS software to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless account servicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work closely with a team of professionals in the Commercial Lines department to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management software and familiarity with carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Auto-Owners, and Liberty Mutual.
- Soft Skills: Well-spoken, determined, energetic, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
