✨ What You’ll Do:

• Use your deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products to consult and advise clients confidently

• Manage and grow your book of business while keeping everything running smoothly

• Proactively service accounts, review policies, and monitor activity to ensure client satisfaction

• Reach out to current clients to cross-sell and round out accounts

• Collaborate with our dynamic sales team to strengthen client relationships and expand business

• Tackle special projects alongside our VP of Personal Lines

• Handle endorsements, quotes, renewals, invoicing, certificates, proposals, and more

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and partners

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing personal insurance accounts

• A confident communicator who can meet with clients and discuss insurance strategies

• Licensed in Property & Casualty

• Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A team player who’s motivated, customer-focused, and excited to make an impact
