Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for new and renewal business
• Provide insurance solutions and recommendations to clients based on their unique risk profiles and business needs
• Analyze and review policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and insurance products to provide informed guidance to clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management system
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical abilities

• Relevant insurance certifications or licenses are preferred
