Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, advocacy, and professional communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.

Qualifications

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role; experience with middle-market commercial accounts preferred.
  • Software: Experience with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Process renewals and ensure timely and accurate policy updates.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in underwriting guidelines.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
