Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full servicing of accounts from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of small to large accounts in agriculture, construction, and manufacturing industries.
- Quoting new and renewal business.
- Communicating effectively with insurance carriers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records in the Nexsure software system.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Nexsure or similar account management software.
- Soft Skills:

- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles and ability to hit the ground running.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
- Reviewing and managing client accounts to ensure all needs are met.
- Preparing and presenting quotes for new and renewal business.
- Communicating with carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with producers and office managers to support team objectives.
- Utilizing Nexsure software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive work environment.
