Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, nurturing client relationships while providing outstanding service and solutions to meet their unique insurance and risk management needs. You will work collaboratively with account management teams, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to support our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Support clients by managing commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
  • Provide guidance on risk assessment by reviewing client exposures and recommending appropriate insurance coverages.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve service issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Educate clients on available commercial lines products, policy details, and claims processes to help them make informed decisions.
  • Ensure all client records and files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company and industry regulations.
  • Partner closely with Producers, Account Executives, and leadership teams to develop and execute client solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape to address client needs proactively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Active and valid P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse sets of clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
