Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that all clients' insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial insurance clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and renew policies
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
- Handle insurance claims and assist clients throughout the claims process
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide clients with accurate information
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
