Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CL CSR)

We are a growing independent insurance agency looking for a Commercial Lines CSR to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded service professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with a broad mix of clients and carriers.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

• Provide full-service account management for a generalist book of business

• Work directly with clients, carriers, and producers to handle day-to-day servicing needs

• Support renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and other client requests

• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up in AMS360

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines CSR or Account Management role

• P&C License required

• Solid experience across a variety of commercial lines accounts (not niche/specialized)

• Must be able to hit the ground running — we are not looking to train from scratch

• Familiarity with AMS360 is strongly preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive and based on experience (starting at $60,000)

• 401(k): 50% match of the first 10% contributed (5% match)
