Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, policy changes, and claims in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of policies and endorsements
- Conduct risk assessments and provide insurance advice and solutions to clients
- Assist in the renewal process by preparing policy specifications, marketing submissions, and negotiating terms with carriers
- Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and insurance products to better advise clients and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous A-Z account management experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and coverages
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
