Job Title: SVP Casualty Broker

 

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SVP Casualty Broker to manage and retain a portfolio of large, complex casualty accounts. This role requires a strategic and collaborative professional with deep expertise in diverse casualty exposures—including international, habitational, and real estate risks. The position focuses on high-level client relationship management and advisory services across a broad range of complex product lines.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large casualty accounts with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative risk solutions for complex exposures
  • Support all phases of client relationship management, including strategy development, coverage placement, and renewal negotiations
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge and insight into international and domestic casualty trends
  • Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in casualty insurance, with a focus on large and complex accounts
  • Proven track record working with diverse and complex product lines, including habitational and real estate
  • Experience with international casualty exposures
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

 

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $165K–$200K (based on experience)
