Job Title: SVP Casualty Broker
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SVP Casualty Broker to manage and retain a portfolio of large, complex casualty accounts. This role requires a strategic and collaborative professional with deep expertise in diverse casualty exposures—including international, habitational, and real estate risks. The position focuses on high-level client relationship management and advisory services across a broad range of complex product lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large casualty accounts with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative risk solutions for complex exposures
- Support all phases of client relationship management, including strategy development, coverage placement, and renewal negotiations
- Maintain strong industry knowledge and insight into international and domestic casualty trends
- Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in casualty insurance, with a focus on large and complex accounts
- Proven track record working with diverse and complex product lines, including habitational and real estate
- Experience with international casualty exposures
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $165K–$200K (based on experience)
