Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and place policies with insurance carriers.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverages, and policy features.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention targets to contribute to the agency's success.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Personal Lines Agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance management systems and software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Active insurance producer license in the applicable state(s).
