Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and place policies with insurance carriers.
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverages, and policy features.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales and retention targets to contribute to the agency's success.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Personal Lines Agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with insurance management systems and software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Active insurance producer license in the applicable state(s).
