Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SBU Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of business, cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Service a book of business and provide consultative advice to clients
  • Cross-sell and market additional services to customers
  • Use third-party processing for policy checking, claims follow-up, and endorsements
  • Perform daily tasks using Applied EPIC software

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Experience with monoline property business
  • Proficiency with Applied EPIC software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
