Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing the implementation of employee benefits programs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution related to employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and communicate changes to clients as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in employee benefits account management.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $80k-$100k (based on experience).
