Job Summary
We are searching for a proactive and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, managing insurance policies, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial insurance clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
- Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding their insurance needs and coverage options
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance policies and claims
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
- Handle client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and present reports on client account status and performance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
